End-user licence agreement

This is the agreement you accept when installing GirderWorks.

Action needed before launch. The licence text shipped in the installer (docker/installer-template/EULA.txt) is still the placeholder skeleton. Replace it with your reviewed agreement, then paste the same text below so the website and the installer say exactly the same thing. If the two ever differ, the one the customer accepted at install time is what counts.

What the agreement needs to cover

The licence granted: per seat, for the licence term, for internal use by your organisation.
The trial: 14 days per machine, evaluation only, no warranty.
Restrictions: no redistribution, resale, reverse engineering, or sharing licence keys outside the organisation.
Ownership: the customer owns the code and documents the software generates; you own the software.
Model providers: the customer supplies their own API key and is bound by that provider's terms.
No warranty on generated code, and the customer's obligation to review and test it before use.
Limitation of liability, termination on breach or expiry, and governing law.
